I actually left a review before but don't see it. This company and product are trash and I wouldn't recommend them my worst enemy. Long story short I didn't not receive the upgraded version that I paid for and when I returned the basic one I got they said I was entitled to a full refund but they only refunded me for the basic version even though I paid extra for thr upgraded. Never got that extra money back. Had the same issue as others with being signed up for a membership but thankfully I was able to cancel and be refunded for that. However I just got confirmation that this projector fried the motherboard on my laptop so not only did I not get my full refund but it killed my laptop so that I'll have to replace it. Dealing with this business was nothing but headache and cost me way more than it should have. Do yourself a favor and purchase from a reliable company.

I bought this as a gift for my mom, so I don't even know what the quality is like. I'll be pretty embarrassed if it's as bad as other people are saying...
but this company keeps charging me for some stupid membership that I NEVER agreed to. I emailed them, they said they canceled it but wouldn't refund me, then they charged me AGAIN MONTHS LATER.

I NEVER write reviews for anything but people need to know about this. This is quite possibly the most I have ever been ripped off. First of all, the projector quality is absolutely horrible. It is SO pixelated and the only thing good about the projector is the sound (which doesn’t even matter because you can’t tell what you are watching). Aside from the projector itself, before even opening it I tried to return it because I found my old projector before this one even arrived (though it was too late to cancel before it came because it had already shipped). Customer service was absolutely useless. They told me the return policy, and then completely ghosted me from there on out. That’s not all. They also signed me up for a VIP service in which I did NOT BUY. I was able to get that canceled but never received a refund, however, I was told that I would not be charged again. Well, about a week ago I got yet another charge from them. This one however, did not say what it was for, they just used my card and charged me. I attempted to email them and got no response. So all in all, the product itself is terrible, and the customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered. DO NOT GET YOURSELF INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY! Buy a different product from a reliably company and save yourself a lot of stress, disappointment, and money loss.

I never leave reviews for products I buy but for this product I had to leave a review. This projector is literally insane! It can literally connect to any device (phones, laptops, tablets, fire sticks, our old Wil, and my husbands Xbox) wher we bought it we thought it was going to be a cute alternative to a TV but oh my were we wrong. This projector has become our third companion on ever trip we take. We took it on one of our trips where we stayed in a cabin and it looked so amazing! will add a picture to this review to show y'all how cool this thing is! It's also great how they include all the cables in the package so it's ready to go as soon as you get it!

My son has a chronic illness, and when it flares up he often has to spend extended periods of time in the hospital. During these times it is very hard to keep his mind off of things, the hospital TV doesn't have many options for him. So when I saw the ad for this high peak projector on TikTok, I knew it would be perfect for him since l saw the other videos of HighPeak playing video games (which my son loves to do)! I purchased it soon after seeing the ad and I can't tell you how much HE LOVES IT!!! He connects his console to it while at the hospital and plays his video games or watches TV while laying down! I will add a picture of it in this review because as a mom l am very happy with this purchase! Their customer service is very kind! The TikTok ad for this product and company have been amazing, I will be a returning customer of Heroprojector
